This website is operated by VELMORO LLC, doing business as Foldstrong ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting foldstrong.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Shipping, Return and refund, Cancellation and Privacy policies, which are part of these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Product specifications such as load capacity, dimensions and weight are provided by the manufacturer. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary by screen. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Orders

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or an address outside our shipping area. If we cancel, we refund the full amount and notify you by email.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is free in the contiguous United States and takes 3–7 business days after a 1–3 business day processing time. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Safety and use

Fitness equipment can cause injury if assembled or used incorrectly. Follow the included assembly instructions, respect the stated load capacity, inspect equipment before each use, and consult a physician before starting an exercise program. Equipment is for home use by adults; children must be supervised.

Warranty and liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered; defective items may be returned under our Return and refund policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELMORO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another venue.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
