Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order delivered to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders ship from partner warehouses inside the United States within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment by UPS, FedEx or Amazon Logistics. Oversized items such as the Pilates reformer may ship as more than one carton and arrive on different days.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when the order ships. If tracking has not updated for 5 days, email support@foldstrong.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Delivery problems

If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos within 7 days of delivery; we replace or refund damaged items at no cost.
