This Privacy Policy describes how Foldstrong, operated by VELMORO LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from foldstrong.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

Device information: when you visit the Site we automatically collect information about your device, including browser, IP address, time zone and some cookies, and information about the pages you view and how you interact with the Site. We collect this using cookies, log files, web beacons and similar technologies.

Order information: when you make a purchase we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment details (processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers), email address and phone number.

Marketing information: if you sign up for emails we store your email address and the date of consent.

Chat messages: if you use the chat on the Site, we collect the messages you send, any email address or order number you share in the chat, and basic device information. The chat is provided by Shopify Inbox; first replies are generated automatically by Shopify's AI assistant from our product and policy information, and our team reads the conversation to follow up.

How we use it

To fulfil orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing confirmations and tracking), to communicate with you and answer your questions in chat and by email, to screen orders for fraud, and, when you have opted in, to send information about products and restocks. We use device information to improve the Site and to measure the success of marketing.

Sharing

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfil orders: Shopify (store platform, payments and the Shopify Inbox chat, which processes chat messages on our behalf), our fulfilment partner warehouses and carriers (name, address and phone for delivery), email service providers, and analytics and advertising services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. We may also share information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

Behavioral advertising

We use your information to provide targeted advertisements that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous and of some services through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out portal at https://optout.aboutads.info/.

Do Not Track

We do not alter the Site's data collection when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@foldstrong.com. We retain order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by emailing support@foldstrong.com with the subject "California opt out" or by using the Your privacy choices page. To exercise any right, email support@foldstrong.com. We respond within 45 days and may ask you to verify your identity.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top shows the latest version.
